of depression. This type of questionnaire is also used by doctors and therapists for
screening.
If you fill it out in the App MediTool this is anonymous and confidential.
The results can provide clues, but do not represent a medical diagnosis. For a reliable
diagnosis, please consult your family doctor, specialist or psychologist. Please do
this if you have not felt well for a while and are very depressed.

To answer all questions: How many times have you been affected by the following
symptoms over the last 2 weeks?
In the Symptom Diary you can specify these moods in more detail with regard to
situation, thoughts, etc. This gives you the opportunity to respond to these situations
/ thoughts during a therapy within the discussions and to recognize possible
alternatives together with the therapist.
Enter these alternatives with the corresponding diary entries in the field Alternative.
So you have possibly approaches directly at hand in similar situations / thoughts.
In the App menu, a PDF print function is available with which you can print entries for
your therapy sessions and write down helpful ones directly.
